The shipping costs:
- Germany: We deliver free of shipping costs. All orders are sent as insured parcels.
- Austria: We charge a rate of € 4.99 per order. All orders are sent as insured parcels.
- EU: We charge a flat rate of € 6.99 per order. All orders are sent as insured parcels.
- United Kingdom: We charge a rate of € 13.99 per order. All orders are sent as insured parcels.
- Rest of Europe (non EU): We charge a flat rate of € 8.99 per order. All orders are sent as insured parcels.
- Rest of the world: We charge a flat rate of € 34.99 per order. All orders are sent as insured parcels.
Estimated time of delivery
- Germany: After you have placed your order, your package will be delivered within 2-4 working days by our shipping service provider DHL.
- Austria, EU, Europe (non EU), United Kingdom: After you have placed your order, your package will be delivered within 2-8 working days by our shipping service provider DHL.
- Rest of the world: After you have placed your order, your package will be delivered within 4-10 working days by our shipping service provider DHL.
All Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am-17.30 pm.
If you order on the weekends we will process it the following Monday morning. Any orders made during a public holiday in Germany will be processed on the following working day.
Shipping times may vary depending on where you are. We give our best that your order will leave our warehouse as fast as possible.
Edit or cancel order
If you want to edit or cancel your order or shipping adress, please contact our Customer Happiness Service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can arrange the change.
If the order is already shipped please request a return label here for international returns, for german returns find the return label in the parcel.
Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
You as our customer are responsible for tracking your shipments. If the package cannot be delivered, the carrier will be hold it for a few days and will request the customer to arrange a new delivery. If a new delivery is not arranged within a couple of days, the package will be returned to us.
If the customer refuses the parcel upon delivery, the shipment is sent back to us. In both situations, shipping costs will not be refunded.
You can return every item for free within 14 days after delivery. For returns within Germany, please use the return form with your order number and reason you want to return. Then use the return label provided in your parcel to send the parcel back to us. For international returns please visit Returns and request your shipping label.
As soon as we checked the returned items in our warehouse, we will refund the amount of your order, please note that this is not the case for items purchased on sale. You will get store credits on purchases for items that were sold on sale. These credits can be applied on any items and will never expire.
On the time of the arrival of orders, the customer is requested to carefully control the package before signing as proof delivery.
If, for any reason, the package seems to be tampered with or if the duct tape does not appear intact, the customer is requested to sign for goods unchecked or to refuse the delivery.
In the event that delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or if the package shows signs of any tampering, the customer is requested to immediately notify the local courier’s office and to contact us at the following email address email@example.com.
If, despite our very high quality checks and standards, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact our Customer Happiness Service department within 24h at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please send us pictures of the item and defects so we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
