We, Sophia & Larissa, created the Muse Club because of our passion for premium quality fashion. Made for Muses - Made by Muses is our maxime. Everyday we work passionatly to deliver you the most stylish & sustainable pieces. Our goal is to make you feel damn beautiful from the in- and outside.
We are an online platform only. We don't have a physical store for now, but we would not rule out having one someday! Follow us and be the first to know when this will happen.
Orders
You can be assured that shopping at The Muse Club is safe! We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will include your order number. We will also email to you this information, please note this can take up to 15 minutes to arrive in your inbox! Once our team at the warehouse has processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.
We produce limited-edition capsule collections only, and due to the high request of our dresses, it is easy to find it hard to get our pieces. By offering pre-orders you can reserver your own personal piece before its official drop and be sure to have your favourite piece from the Muse Club.
A pre-order is an order placed for a product that has not officially dropped yet, but will be released soon in a limited quanitity. By pre-ordering a product, you reserve your own personal piece before its drop. Once you make your purchase, an email confirmation will notify you that your order has been received. Not all pre-orders have the same waiting time before shipping, it usually depends on the different drop. Make sure to read the shipping date on the product page before placing your order. Once the item will be shipped, a notification email will inform you about the tracking number to follow your delivery.

Yes, of course. Our traditional Return Policy applies, therefore if you are not happy with your purchase or the size doesn't fit you, you can still change it. You have 14 days from the day when you receive your order to ask for your return label.
Any customs fees are applied at the discretion of the carrier and according to local laws. All customs fees must be payed by the customer and will not be covered by The Muse Club. For more accurate information, please get in touch with your local customs office.
You can track the status of your order shipment by entering your tracking number on DHL. In case you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us at hello@themuseclub.de so that we can hel you.
Please note. tracking is only available once the order has been dispatched.

If there is a slight defect with your product, please contact our Customer Service at hello@themuseclub.de within 24 hours. Don't forget to send a picture of the item and defect - so we can solve the problem as efficiently as possible.
We sinverely apologize if you have received a product that is not the one you ordered. Please contact us at hello@themuseclub.de and we'll make sure to get you the The Muse Club piece you ordered!
Once we receive your returned parcel at our warehouse, it will take up to 4 days for our Quality Check team to control your item. After that, the refund will be issued within 12 working days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
